Christine Fung

Christine is a dedicated family solicitor based in Enfield. She completed her LLB studies at Royal Holloway University in 2019, followed by the LPC with Masters at the University of Law in 2020, achieving a distinction. Christine joined the firm in 2021 as a paralegal, progressed to a trainee solicitor soon after, and qualified at the beginning of 2023.

Christine has extensive experience across a wide range of family law matters, including domestic abuse cases (non-molestation and occupation orders), private children matters including child arrangements order, specific issues and prohibited steps orders, public law care proceedings, divorce and financial remedy proceedings. She is committed to providing a compassionate, client focused service and is dedicated to securing positive outcomes for those she represents. Skilled in advocacy, she regularly attends Court on behalf of clients nationwide. Client care is at the heart of what she does and supporting her clients through difficult times is paramount.

Christine’s previous work with children aged 4 to 16 in both educational and youth work settings has strengthened her commitment to private and public law children proceedings. She is driven by a strong belief in ensuring that every decision reflects the best interests of the child.

Outside of work, Christine enjoys arts and crafts, cooking and spending time with her friends and family.
