In my child care case the service was exquisite. My solicitor was Ms Ann-Marie Whelan with the help of her assistant Ms Berfin Kaya. Their choice of the barrister to handle my case was very good, the advice I received was a class apart. If you need solicitors to help in your child care matter, I would 100% recommend, but be prepared to take the blunt advice. As humans we get emotional and always want to hear what we anticipate to hear rather than a few home truths.

This is a large company with lots of staff and I must say my experience was excellent. I used Nancy Mortemore at the Enfield office and as soon as you walk through the door you are put at ease by the incredibly friendly reception staff.Nancy dealt with a particularly tricky probate case and she really knows her stuff. Nancy was brilliant throughout and a joy to deal with.

Joanna supported me about 18 months ago with the purchase of my Flat. She was extremely efficient and yet very approachable all the way through the process. Was referred to Robert Dawson at Barnes and Partners by my estate agent and thankfully was the best decision ever! I’ve moved a fair bit and usually the solicitor part of the process is the most frustrating part, lack of communication, old school practices, hard to get hold of etc etc. Not Robert, he’s well and truly in the modern world, you can get hold of him by direct dial and email whenever you need and often he will reply to mails outside these hours. He actions enquiries swiftly, speaks in plain English and really assists in getting to where you want to be fast. I wouldn’t use anyone else in future.

Great service from Joanna Peters who handled conveyancing for my property purchase several years back – very friendly, efficient and on the ball, just what I needed as a first time buyer. When I reached out to her again recently to help me locate some extra documents in relation to the property she was very quick to respond, liaising with the Land Registry on my behalf and resolving my queries in a flash.
